LUCKNOW India -- Six men have been captured in northern India for supposedly rape and killing two young ladies whose bodies were found dangling from a tree a day sooner.

Six men have been captured on charges of rape and murder.
The bodies have been sent for a post mortem assessment, police said.
The young ladies, both under 18, had a place with the Dalit station at the lower part of a profoundly biased Hindu pecking order.
The 15-and 17-year-old young ladies had a place with the Dalit people group, the most minimal bar of India's rigid caste hierarchy, and were found dangling from a tree in a sugarcane field close to their home in Lakhimpur Kheri region, police said.
2020 case including the gang rape and murder of a 19-year Dalit lady in Uttar Pradesh's Hathras region ignited a public clamor, highlighting how weak Dalit ladies were.
This case also has set off fights by local people and resistance groups.
Police said the young ladies realized the denounced however the family denied this and said they were stole.
Neighborhood media announced that the young ladies' mom said the pair had been taken by men on bikes. She says she was gone after when she attempted to stop them.
The family said they started searching for the young ladies and at last found them swinging from a tree.
Locale police boss Sanjeev Suman said the young ladies were taken to a sugarcane field where they were raped and choked to death.
