G20 Summit, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud stayed behind to conduct a state visit. He had been visiting Delhi for three days.
Saudi Arabian Prime Minister likely to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi
Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud, the crown prince of Saudi Arabia, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi are set to have a meeting today at the Hyderabad House.
Notably, the Saudi Crown Prince spent his state visit in Delhi after his three-day tour to Delhi for the G20 Summit.
The Ministry of External Affairs had earlier stated, "During this visit, he will attend the G20 Summit being hosted in India on September 9–10, 2023 and will continue his stay in India on September 11, 2023 for the State visit."
Meeting with Prime Minister Modi at Hyderabad House
The Saudi Crown Prince will attend a formal reception at Rastrapati Bhawan in New Delhi at 10 am before meeting with PM Modi.
The Saudi Crown Prince is anticipated to sign the minutes of the inaugural meeting of the India-Saudi Strategic Partnership Council at the same location around midday after his meeting with Prime Minister Modi at Hyderabad House.
The Saudi Arabian PM will meet President Droupadi Murmu at the Rashtrapati Bhawan at approximately 6:30 p.m. when these are all over.
Around 8.30 p.m., Salman will depart from New Delhi.
Salman arrived at Delhi's 18th G20 Leaders' Summit.
This will be His Royal Highness's second State Visit to India after making a state visit there in February 2019.
For the 18th G20 Leaders' Summit, Salman landed at Delhi's Palam airfield on Friday.
India-Middle East-Europe shipping and railway connectivity corridor

On the fringes of the G20 Summit, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the enormous initiative, joined by US Vice President Joe Biden, Saudi Arabian Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman, and EU leaders.
In a historic and groundbreaking project, the US, India, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the EU, France, Italy, and Germany are working together on connectivity and infrastructure.

In addition, Saudi Arabia held a three-day conference in conjunction with the
G20 Leaders Summit to provide attendees an immersive and interactive view of the Kingdom's most innovative initiatives across a range of industries. The 'Media Oasis' event began on September 9 and will end in
New Delhi on September 11.
